Jump at the wall and keep holding that jump button after hitting the wall. May and Cody can stick to basically any wall in the game. This is useful for breaking objects like glass and giving your partner a trampoline-like boost (when possible). Ground Pound: Jump up and press B/Circle while in the air to perform a ground pound. Many jumps will require a perfect double jump like this so it's important to get the rhythm of this move down. When double jumping, don't press A/X to jump a second time until the first jump reaches the very top of its arch. You can jump off walls and you'll need to do so often to gain some extra height. ![]() The game will require you and your Player 2 to split up often so being able to locate them quickly will come in handy. Press R3/RS at any time to locate the other player. They should really have a money back option on psn, maybe this way we'll see developers like this go extinct as they should. I can't really see anyone having fun with this, I vote this for the worst game of the decade. Stupid game that feels more like an elementary school quiz than a game. Btw when you make a game that has split screen you should really make camera controls that are possible to get around. Most of the time the game doesn't do anything to make the stage or goal clear, one of the worst co op games of all times. Controls are clunky, puzzles are either stupidly easy or just impossible to understand. The game has nothing to do with fun, reminds me of a time when players had to guess what to do to keep progressing in the game. Same goes for these fraudulent video games websites that haven't rated this below 2-3. None of the positive reviews seem authentic, those who have played the game knows exactly what I mean. None of the positive reviews seem authentic, It seems like EA really spent a lot of money on false advertisements disguised as user reviews. You can really feel they had asked the whole team of Hazelight studios to gather all creative ideas and implement them in this game. Funfactor is throught the roof, was able to surprise me at every corner and now my favourite game of 2021. It Takes Two is able to give a solid campaign, brimming with unique characters, environments and excels in its variation in gameplay. To top it off the game has some absurdly fun characters, is able to throw in some memorable epic moments and offers a very satisfying ending. My girlfriend who is not so experienced with games could still easily enjoy this and we just had so much fun together. The game also plays far smoother than I expected it to, and although it is very forgiving I enjoyed the challenge and felt far more engaged than with a way out which I found too simplistic in parts. I've never seen this many game mechanics in a game before that were also so much fun to play around with. Compared to A Way Out which we also liked, It Takes Two offers far more variation in environments, gameplay and it just far more fast paced and larger in content. Compared to A It Takes Two is a Masterpiece and was incredibly fun to play with my girlfriend and I would expect even more so with a child.
